Skin Rejuvenation Training
Facials and complex skin rejuvenation treatments are becoming some of the most popular procedures on the market. Clients are travelling from far and wide to visit their favourite salon or clinic to have this beneficial treatment.
Our Level 4 Skin Rejuvenation training will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of the science, along with how different treatments impact and benefit the structure of the skin.
As with all courses at Bianco Academy, we provide real-life models, which means you’ll be given hands-on, practical experience performing the treatment.
Anatomy and Physiology of The Skin
The skin can be incredibly complex, meaning your training will cover both the anatomy of the skin and the physiology of the skin. Skin anatomy will include all components that make up the skin, including the different nerves, glands and cells. Whereas the physiology will help you to understand the three layers of the skin: the epidermis, the dermis and the subcutaneous tissue.
Once you understand the science behind the skin, your trainer will then cover how laser and light impact the skin and why they are successful in achieving skin rejuvenation. This will include the different technology and equipment used in various procedures, along with the importance of opting for equipment that utilises cooling properties.
In the very unlikely event of unwanted side effects, you must be able to stay calm and have a full knowledge of how to reverse side effects. Your trainer will cover all possible side effects and injuries that may occur due to the use of laser and light technology.
Client Consultations
You must carry out a client consultation before starting any form of skin rejuvenation treatment.
During your training, Bianco Academy will ensure that you understand the contraindications that may impact the treatment. It’s crucial to discuss this during a consultation. Training will include the appropriate environment for completing consultations and how to create a tailored plan of action that will meet client requirements.
Your Bianco Academy trainer will ensure you know what questions to ask and will provide you with the documents your clients will need to complete prior to starting treatment.
Course Outcome
At the end of your training, you will need to carry out 5 case studies in order to complete the course. If required, Bianco Academy is able to support you with these at an additional cost.
