Gemma first heard about Bianco Academy when she was looking for tattoo removal for herself and came across our treatment clinic – Bianco Beauty.
Gemma felt so comfortable when starting her tattoo removal journey with Bianco Beauty that she decided she would like to make others feel the same way with their own tattoo removal, so she inquired about our Academy to start her new career path.

As someone new to the industry, Gemma was starting out with no existing beauty certifications and completed our full Laser tattoo removal course package, which includes Level 3 and 4 Anatomy and Physiology, Level 4 Core of Knowledge and Level 5 Laser Tattoo Removal.
Gemma also completed 1:1 practical training with Bianco Director and Senior Practitioner Bartek, who worked with her closely as she practised her new skills on models under careful guidance.
Following training with Bianco Academy, Gemma opted to purchase an NdYag Q-Switched Laser from us. She received complimentary delivery and set-up of her machine, as well as full operational training.
Leading up to the grand opening of Gemma’s new studio, we were happy to welcome her back to the Bianco Beauty clinic for some refresher coaching to ensure that she was confident and ready for her first day of performing treatments.
Her opening day was a huge success, and we’re pleased that she is now expertly running her business.
