Although you do not need any qualifications to take our academy courses, you will need to begin with the Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. Once completed, you will also need to pass our Level 4 Core of Knowledge training before you can move onto Level 4 Hair Removal Training or Level 5 Laser Tattoo Removal Training.
No, you will not need to bring anything with you to your course as everything will be provided by the Bianco Academy; this includes food and drink.
Before your training, you will be sent a PDF, including all course information. We strongly recommend taking a read through this before attending. It will help to prepare you for the course and give you an insight into the topics that will be covered.
For Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology and Level 4 Core of Knowledge training, you will not need to complete any case studies. However, for ALL other training courses that we provide, you will need to complete 5 case studies to pass your training. Our trainers are more than happy to help you to complete case studies at our training academy for an additional cost.
Yes, students have the opportunity to purchase equipment from our training academy on completion of their course. We are happy to give support and advise you on the best equipment to suit your requirements.
If you book a 2 or 3-day course, we will put you in touch with local hotel partners, such as Cotels, who are right next door to Bianco Academy.
For an additional cost, members of our training team are happy to travel to visit you for an extra day to help you to set up any equipment, start your business and give guidance on the best way to market your company.
Yes, all students must pay a small deposit to secure their place on the course. Deposits vary depending on the course type. For more information, please contact the Bianco Academy.
Our training academy is based in Fortuna House, which is just a 5-minute drive from Milton Keynes Train Station. There are always plenty of taxis outside of the train station that would be able to take you directly to Fortuna House. If you would prefer alternative methods of transport, it is a 15-minute walk or 10-minute bus on the Number 6 service.
The train from London Euston to Milton Keynes takes on average around 50 minutes and frequently run both weekdays and weekends. Once you arrive at Milton Keynes Train Station, you can travel to the academy via taxis found outside the station, by the number 6 bus service or through a 15-minute walk.
Yes, as long as you have completed all case studies required to pass, you are free to begin providing the treatment to clients immediately after training.
VTCT and CPD have their own training and testing criteria relating to the courses they accredit. VTCT training and testing tends to be a longer and more thorough process. The down side to this is that it takes longer to become qualified, but the up side is that your training and testing may be more thorough, preparing you for practicing your new skill.
VTCT qualifications are also OFQUAL regulated, which CPD are not.
Due to this, some local councils, particularly in certain boroughs of London will only accept a VTCT qualification and you may not be allowed to practice with a CPD certification in those areas.
